This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on US Data Pro Inc. By accessing our website and completing a purchase, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
Nature of Products
US Data Pro Inc exclusively sells digital products, including but not limited to USA email and phone numbers databases, delivered electronically in CSV or similar digital formats.
All products are intangible, non-physical, and instantly usable upon delivery.
Strict No Refund & No Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once payment is successfully completed and the database file is sent, shared, or made available for download, the customer irrevocably waives any right to:
- Refund
- Return
- Exchange
- Cancellation
No refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances after delivery, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, non-usage, business losses, or change of mind.
Customer Due Diligence
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:
- Review all product descriptions and specifications
- Confirm suitability for their intended use
- Seek clarification prior to making payment
Failure to perform due diligence does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once the database file has been:
- Sent via email, OR
- Shared through a download link, OR
- Provided via any electronic communication channel
Proof of delivery maintained by US Data Pro Inc shall be considered conclusive evidence in case of any dispute.
Non-Delivery or Technical Errors
In the rare event of:
- Non-delivery due to technical issues, or
- Accidental delivery of an incorrect file
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of payment. Our sole obligation will be to re-send the correct file.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
No Guarantees or Liability
US Data Pro Inc does not guarantee:
- Marketing results
- Conversion rates
- Email open rates
- Phone response rates
- Compliance outcomes
The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of the data and any consequences arising from its use.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute initiated after successful delivery will be treated as fraudulent activity.
US Data Pro Inc reserves the right to:
- Permanently ban the customer
- Report the incident to payment processors
- Provide delivery proof to financial institutions
- Pursue legal remedies where applicable
Legal Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of US Data Pro Inc’s operational jurisdiction.
