US Data Pro Inc provides digital database products, including but not limited to USA email and phone numbers databases, delivered online in CSV or similar electronic formats.

All products are intangible digital goods.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
You are purchasing for lawful business purposes only

3. Orders & Payment

All payments must be made in full before delivery
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Database files are delivered electronically via email or download link
Delivery is considered complete once the file is sent or access is provided
Proof of delivery maintained by US Data Pro Inc shall be considered final evidence

5. Refund and Returns Policy (Strictly No Refund)

All sales made on US Data Pro Inc are governed by a strict No Refund & No Return Policy.

Due to the digital nature of the products:

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted after delivery
Once a database file is delivered, the transaction is final and irreversible
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction, non-usage, business loss, or expectations will not be entertained

By placing an order, the customer explicitly waives all rights to request a refund after delivery.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

Reviewing product descriptions
Confirming suitability before purchase
Asking questions prior to payment

Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund or dispute.

7. Non-Delivery or Incorrect File

In case of:

Non-delivery due to technical error
Accidental delivery of an incorrect file

The customer must notify us within 24 hours of payment.
Our only obligation will be to re-send the correct file.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

8. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

US Data Pro Inc makes no guarantees regarding:

Marketing performance
Email open or response rates
Phone call success
Revenue or business results

All data is provided “as is”, and the customer assumes full responsibility for its use.

US Data Pro Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the data for illegal activities
Resell or redistribute without permission
Misuse the data in violation of applicable laws

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after successful delivery will be treated as fraudulent activity.

Submit delivery proof to payment processors
Suspend or ban the customer permanently
Take legal action if required

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, databases, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of US Data Pro Inc and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of US Data Pro Inc’s operational jurisdiction.
